General Terms of Agreement

1. Statement of Services
Access to the website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Cyberlox LLC is strictly conditional upon your full compliance with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By proceeding to use or access the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you cannot comply with these conditions, you are not authorized to use the Services.
2. Contractual Agreement
Access to and use of the Service is conditional upon acceptance by Cyberlox LLC. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notification. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform or notifying you by other means. Continued use following such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any revisions, you must stop using the Service. We retain the right to refuse service to any applicant for any reason.
3. Usage Rights and Resource Availability
License Permission
Cyberlox LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services and available Resources for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Cyberlox LLC may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, and no feature or functionality is guaranteed to remain permanently available.
Resource Application
The Resources are made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Resources without prior written authorization from Cyberlox LLC.
You also agree not to remove or interfere with any copyright notices, trademarks, DRM protections, or geo-restriction technologies associated with the Resources. Commercial use of the Resources, including the creation of indexes, catalogs, or other profit-driven activities based on the content, is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Cyberlox LLC.
The term "Resources" encompasses all content including, but not limited to, text, graphics, layouts, interfaces, logos, images, audio, video, and still photographs. The creation of derivative works such as montages, mash-ups, wallpapers, desktop themes, greeting cards, or merchandise based on the Resources is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission, regardless of whether such materials are distributed free of charge.
4. Service Access, Quality, and Geographic Constraints
The availability of content may vary periodically and by geographic location, as access is limited to regions where Cyberlox LLC holds valid distribution rights. We will verify your geographic location through technological means to ensure compliance. Furthermore, the quality of your viewing experience may differ based on factors such as your device, internet connection speed, and bandwidth capacity. Cyberlox LLC does not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted access or consistent quality of streaming services.
Upon successful activation, you will receive your unique login credentials via email, typically within five minutes. These credentials are required for accessing the Services and must be kept confidential to maintain the security of your Account Access Information.
5. Customer Service Solutions
Customer Support Services are provided only during Cyberlox LLC's regular business hours and exclude weekends and official Cyberlox LLC holidays. Cyberlox LLC reserves the right to determine the timing, manner, and method of providing Customer Support Services, which may include communication via email or other electronic means.
To access Customer Support Services, you may be required to acquire additional or upgraded hardware or third-party services at your own expense. Cyberlox LLC is under no obligation to offer any maintenance, support, or assistance beyond what is expressly described herein, including onsite support or other methods of service delivery. Should Cyberlox LLC, at its sole discretion, agree to provide additional services; such services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Payment Terms and Conditions
Your membership activates immediately upon registration and automatically renews every 30 days unless cancelled. By registering, you consent to recurring monthly billing. The monthly subscription fee of $39.99 is disclosed during sign-up and outlined in your welcome email.
Should a recurring payment fail, Cyberlox LLC reserves the right to apply reduced subscription rates to avoid interruption of your membership access. If the reduced payment cannot be processed, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be charged until either the full or discounted amount is successfully collected.
Cyberlox LLC is not responsible for payment method issues, declined transactions, or banking errors outside its control. Users remain responsible for valid payment methods and any internet or browsing costs associated with the Service.
Your Block Horizon membership will appear on your payment statement as blockhrz.com.
7. Service Termination
Validity of Subscription
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, effective from the date of registration. Should cancellation occur after the commencement of regular billing, the subscription will be terminated immediately, but access to the profile and Services will remain available until the end of the prepaid billing period.

Service Suspension
Except as otherwise specified, you acknowledge and agree that Cyberlox LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Offering or any part thereof, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you.
8. Refund Policy
We will process any refund owed to you (less any applicable deductions) promptly and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your notification of cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that these refund terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Accountabilities of the User
You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with platform functionality, bypass security or access controls, use automated tools to access content, distribute malware, collect personal information unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Services or violates these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Services is strictly prohibited.
Accordingly, you undertake that:
- You will stream and view Resources solely for personal, private use and not for any direct or indirect commercial purpose;
- You will not, and will not encourage or assist others to, copy, reproduce, lend, rent, broadcast, distribute, or transmit any Resources;
- You will not, and will not encourage or assist others to, circumvent, modify, remove, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or tamper with any security, encryption, or rights management technologies or software associated with the Resources or used to deliver them.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All Resources provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Cyberlox LLC, and/or third-party licensors, unless otherwise expressly indicated. These materials may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or exploited except as expressly permitted under these Terms and any other applicable provisions provided to you, without prior written authorization from Cyberlox LLC.
You acknowledge and agree that certain Resources are owned by third-party licensors, and, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to Cyberlox LLC or such licensors, each third-party licensor retains the right to directly enforce the relevant provisions of these Terms against you.
11. Trademark Ownership
The Cyberlox LLC logo and all other product or service marks displayed are trademarks or registered trademarks of Cyberlox LLC. All other trademarks, logos, images, product names, and company names referenced on the website, or any device are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use, alter, reproduce, or remove any such trademarks or proprietary materials without the express prior written consent of the respective trademark owner.
12. Force Majeure
Cyberlox LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events. Obligations affected by such events will be suspended for the duration of the disruption and any reasonable recovery period.
13. Limitation of Warranties
Your use of the Platform and Offering is at your own risk. Cyberlox LLC provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Cyberlox LLC does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content or materials accessed through the Services. Any downloads or use of materials obtained through the Platform are done at your own discretion and risk.
14. Legal Governance and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in United States of America.
As a consumer, you retain all rights afforded to you under mandatory provisions of applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, including the foregoing jurisdiction of clause, shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer to invoke such mandatory provisions.
